Moesha actress Yvette Wilson passed away yesterday after a long battle with cervical cancer. She was 48 years young. The media found out about her ailing condition last month when she tried to raise money for her medical bills. Her former costar- Shar Jackson tweeted, "Oh god. My heart is so unbelievably broken. I wanna thank all my tweets for their prayers but God has chosen to take my sister Yvette home." So Sad!!! So far there are no funeral arrangements at this time. Our prayers go out to her and her family. #RIP
