Sense Kids Star Search 2012 is going to bring out some amazing talents. Director
of the show –Madonna Williams says ‘the kids are so brilliant this year; we have
kids from all over the tri- state area and the parents are just as excited as
their kids.’ The kids’ age ranges between 5 and 16 yrs. And the competition will
be judged by a star- studded panel. Also, we’re featuring on the show -Dajon aka
grenade Apollo child star who electrified every stage performance. And the
Harlem based girl group ‘Couture Dolls’ will also showcase their talents.
The
show will begin with a ‘celebrity look -a -like kids’ fashion show which will
give tribute to some of our leading super models like Tyra Banks,Naomi Campbell
and Iman.The fashion show will be the highlight of the evening with a star
studded line up. Ultimately, there are no losers when every child participates.
This platform will be a great way to bring out family support. We are hoping
that this will help strengthen the community and provide a sense of unity and
collaboration. This star studded event will take place on Saturday,
July 21, 2012 in the spacious auditorium of John Philip Sousa Junior High
School, 3750 Bay Chester Avenue Bronx, NY 10466.
Red
Carpet will be from 5-6pm and the Showtime will begin at 6pm. This kid’s event
is like no other, the theme this year will be super heroes. Contestants will be
judged by their talent, stage presentation, personality and judge’s views. This
year we are expecting a couple celebs to walk our red carpet and meet the kids.
